RESERVE BID: The property is sold subject to a reserve bid to be available one week in advance of the sale and to be announced at the sale.
TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder will have a period of twenty-four (24) hours to provide a deposit of $5,000 paid by cash, bank draft or certified cheque payable to “Christianson TDS” and a signed copy of the mortgage sale conditions to the offices of Christianson TDS. The maximum amount of cash that may be provided as part of the deposit is $7,500.
SALE REGISTRATION: This auction will require interested parties to register prior to the auction. Registered parties will receive an emailed invitation to the video call. Registered parties will be reminded of the event 24 hours before.
