All purchases must be picked up by the following Monday.

All purchases not removed by the end of day, the following Monday, will have a $20/ day storage fee applied, and may be towed to McDougall Auctioneers Ltd. Emerald Park Compound at the BUYER'S EXPENSE. Credit Card on file will be processed immediately for these costs.

As per the terms of this online auction sale, all items and lots must be picked up within this timeline, otherwise purchase and funds will be forfeited at purchaser's expense.

Please be advised as per the terms of this online auction, these vehicles are non-roadworthy, requiring certification, untested, may or may not have keys.

All fees will have to be paid before purchases will be released

There is no guarantee, representation, or warranty that the vehicle will start, run at idle, or regarding its current registration status at the time of pick-up from McDougall Auction's facility.
